Pre-Site Claims Guide

I. Character Claims (NOT UPLOADED)

Is your character missing from the Masterlist? Follow these steps to have them uploaded!

This only applies to official, approved Squibs that existed before the site was created (Nov 2025). All new Squibs must go through the proper on-site creation.

1. Collect Proofs

This proof can come in the form of SquibDex (DA) ML ownership, proof of trade from old owner, toyhouse ownership logs, or anything similar.

2. Create a Claim

To create a claim, use the submit dropdown and select "Claim."

3. Filling out the Claim

Please list the following for each Squib. This can be under a toyhouse profile. If you have a folder of Squibs with all the information filled out, feel free to link that instead.

Theme (Don't remember? You're free to create one or let us know to!)

Original Traits, not updated

Designer and Artist (DA/TH link OR on-site username)

4. Submit and Wait

You're done! Relax while you wait for your characters to be uploaded. If we need any other information from you, we'll let you know!

II. Character Claims (UPLOADED, wrong owner)

For when your character is on the Masterlist, but not connected to your account.

1. Collect Proofs

This proof can come in the form of SquibDex (DA) ML ownership, proof of trade from old owner, toyhouse ownership logs, or anything similar.

2. Create a Claim

To create a claim, use the submit dropdown and select "Claim."

3. Filling out the Claim

Connect the character's Masterlist entry and provide proof of ownership.

4. Submit and Wait

You're done! Relax while you wait for your character to be transferred to you. If we need any other information from you, we'll let you know!

III. Item Claims

To have your old items added to your account!

1. Collect Proofs

This proof can come in the form of screenshots or old item banks.

2. Create a Claim

To create a claim, use the submit dropdown and select "Claim."

3. Filling out the Claim

Include a link to a gallery with all your proofs, if possible. This can be a DeviantArt sta.sh folder, toyhou.se profile, a shared Google Drive folder, etc. If you are unable to do so, you may link each proof separately.

Optional: Add your items.

Under the Rewards seciton, click "Add Reward" -> "Item" -> then search for your item and add it. Repeat for each item you wish to claim.

4. Submit and Wait

You're done! Relax while you wait for your character to be transferred to you. If we need any other information from you, we'll let you know!

IV. currency claims

To recieve Kelpos for art made prior to the site!

To recieve currency, you just need to upload and submit it as you would a current submission.

Claims for pre-existing submissions cannot qualify for any prompts, and may only be submitted to the General Artwork or General Writing prompts.

V. legacy traits

If your Squib was an official, approved Squib that existed before the site was created (Nov 2025), they may have legacy traits you can use!

Legacy traits can be found on a character's masterlist profile. 

Using Legacies on the Current Character

To use a Legacy upgrade on a character with Unused Legacy Traits, you can directly submit a Design Update Request to add on new traits at a 1:1 ratio. More details about design updates can be found on the Design Updates Guide.

x1 Unused Rare Trait can be used to apply x1 Rare Trait.

x1 Unused Legendary Trait can be used to apply x1 Legenday Trait.

x1 Unused Seasonal Trait can be used to apply x1 Seasonal Trait.

Claiming Legacies for Other Usage

Don't plan on using your legacies with the Squib they are attached to? You can submit a claim to have them deattached (for you to apply on other characters or future MYOs) at a higher ratio.

All items granted will be account bound.

x100 Unused Rare Traits will grant x1 Rare Squib MYO slot choice box. 

x50 Unused Legendary Traits will grant x1 Legendary Squib MYO slot choice box.

x3 Unused Rare Traits will grant x1 Rare Trait Voucher.

x3 Unused Legendary Traits will grant x1 Legendary Trait Voucher.

x3 Unused Seasonal Traits will grant x1  Seasonal Trait Voucher.

Afterwards, remaining Unused Legacy Traits will be converted at a 1-to-1 ratio.

1. Create a Claim

To create a claim, use the submit dropdown and select "Claim."

2. Filling out the Claim

Specify in the claim that this is for claiming unused legacy traits, and which Squibs you'd like to have the legacies deattached from.

You may note if it is an account-wide check (all Squibs' Unused Legacy Traits are deattached), or just list specific Squibs to include or leave out.

3. Submit and Wait

You're done! You'll recieve a notification once your claim has been fufilled.
