🌒 Dark theme testing 🌒

Want a break from a bright screen, or want to explore the site under a new light (or...lack of light)? Try out the dark theme! Background WIP by Seii.

 

This Dark Theme is released with the intentions of having users find bugs and/or hard-to-read areas. While no user is required to report bugs, it's extremely appreciated! It helps make Squib Islands better for everyone. If you come across any bugs that result in a loss of items/currency/etc, make sure to report it to be compensated. 

 

To swap over to the Dark Theme:


⭐️ (Mobile) Click the hamburger icon in the top right
✨ Click on your username to open the dropdown menu
✨ Click "Settings"
✨ Scroll down to "Theme"
✨ Click on the base theme, swap it to Dark Theme (Testing Phase), and click Edit!

 

To share bugs or suggestions on-site:

✨ Open the Submit dropdown menu
✨ Click "Report"
✨ Fill out the report as necessary, and then submit!

When reporting bugs, please be as detailed as possible. I.e., directly link the page or tell us the title, describe what you were doing when the bug happened, etc. Thank you!

Currency View + Quicklinks

If you use a desktop or laptop, you're in luck! We now have a minor addition to the right sidebar. You can easily see your currency, jump to your inventory, or to the dailies!
This addition shows up underneath your Selected Character.

Are you joining the fight this year?

For this year's Art Fight, you're able to earn bonus rewards on Squib Islands! That's right - draw Squibs belonging to your fellow participants, and you'll earn 10 Kelpos on TOP of all other rewards.

These rewards can be claimed by submitting a prompt; but it only applies to the "Giving Gifts" and "General Artwork" prompts.

Upload your attacks to our new sub-gallery! It can be found by clicking the heading above, or by locating the Events gallery itself. This gallery will be open for submissions until August 5th.

As usual, you may only submit your own artwork to our site.

Event Duration: October 1st to November 15th.

Event shop will be available until November 25th. Currency transfers will open on November 15th and be available until November 25th.

As the chilly weather rolls in and the fog covers the ground, a large island floats in the distance...the Hollow Haunted Bay! As an island on the edge of the Stellasea, the Hollow Haunted Bay exists in a state of constant night. How chilling!

Squibs from around the seas gather to explore this spooky shore. Where do you want to head first?

Pumpkin Patch Overlord | Event Prompts | Event Shop | New Collectibles | Returning Companions

 

🪦 Main Attractions 🪦

🎃 pumpkin patch overlord 🎃

This is a boss battle! The boss will stay open until defeated.

Attack the boss by completing Event Prompts, Boss Battle Prompts, and with the daily attack button.
All damage from prompts is calculated by the Kelpos earned from Criteria Rewards. Event prompts do flat damage (x1), and the boss battle prompts have special mechanics!

Participation rewards are unlocked as the boss loses health, and the top three damage dealers will earn special prizes.

Boss Investigate Prompt

Take a close look to discover the boss' weak spot! All entries to this prompt have a 25% chance to discover the boss weakness and unlock double damage for attack prompts. 

Boss Attack Prompt

Directly attack the boss! All entries to this prompt do flat damage (x1) until the investigate prompt has been successfully completed.

Boss Rewards & Raffle

Boss Battle Prompt submissions all earn tickets for the Boss Raffle, which is rolled once the boss is defeated.
Boss prompts will reward the limited-time event currency, Souls, until November 15th, then it will be swapped out for Kelpos.

Leaderboard is calculated by damage delt.

A short break admist our Hollow Haunted Bay Event! Bringing news about traits, legacy claims, and past art claims... 

But first, a small note about the event! I'm glad all of you have been having fun with this spooky Squib season. The boss is now at 2430 health! You guys have been eating it up!! If this final health boost is defeated before the Hollow-een event ends, we have a special update in store for you all... 

 

Traits

All trait rarities are now finalized!

Take a peek at the traits here on the visual traits page. Some trait art is still pending, but Gamer has been hard at work to get them all complete :) Big thank you to Gamer !! 

Here's the updates:

  • Magic rarities have been removed! You may spot a few stragglers listed around the site still, but those are traits that have been combined into a new trait. All Squibs with a "Magic" rarity trait will recieve the new trait, and then we'll get those remaining magic traits off of the site.
    • This may take some time, but you don't need to submit a claim or let us know to update your Squib. Thank you for your patience
    • Traits that were previously "Magic" rarity have been moved to be Rare, Legendary, or.... our new,
  • Squibs now have Seasonal Traits! These traits will be obtainable during select seasons. Stay tuned for more seasonal information soon!
  • Wings have been upgraded to the Rare rarity! All winged Squibs recieved this upgrade for free.

 

Legacy trait claims

Calling all long-time Squib owners!

Do your Squibs have "Unused Rare/Legendary/Seasonal" listed on their masterlist profile?

You can apply these "Unused" traits directly to your Squib at a 1:1 ratio.

OR

Create a claim to trade in "Unused" traits at a higher ratio for Account-Bound MYOs and Trait Vouchers.

Please read Section V of the Pre-Site Claims Guide for more information on conversion rates and how to create your claim. Big thank you to Vic for figuring out the math & handling these claims!! :)

Do you have Squib art from before the site was made?

By submitting to the General Artwork prompt, you can claim Kelpos for your old art and make up for the loss of past currency not being transferred into the site.

Past art can only be submitted to the General Artwork prompt. Please do not submit it to other prompts!
